I typically arrive at the destination at least one day before the event so everything is calm and prepared. Flights, local transportation, meals, and accommodation are all covered, though resort lodging is usually arranged by the couple.

However, depending on the size of the celebration or the structure of the day—such as separate preparation locations or large guest counts—a second photographer can be included to ensure every important moment is captured.
